Terms of Service
1. The App
FRAZZLE is a single-player puzzle game provided by the developer of FRAZZLE ("we", "us", the "developer"). The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not sell, rent, sub-licence, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Advertising
The App displays advertising served by third parties, including Google AdMob. Ads and any content or websites they link to are the responsibility of the relevant advertiser or ad network, not us. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party ad content. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App in any unlawful way, not to interfere with or disrupt its operation or the advertising it displays, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its systems.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, code, graphics, sound and design, is owned by the developer and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence in Section 2, no rights are granted to you.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, modify or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The competent courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
